This area of Leeds has been developed since the demolition of 'Quarry Hill Flats', the area now boasts the BBC Leeds studios, Leeds College of Music, Bars, Clubs and Restaurants alongside the 'Yorkshire Dance' who are in one of the older original buildings.

Loft and apartment conversions can also be found here, the area alongside the Music College was developed early in the 21st Centiry, and the new BBC Leeds studios can be found here occupyiing the upper floors of the Aagrah Indian Restaurant building :)
