Big Wheel Height.
The wheel stands 60 metres from ground level to the top, about the same height as 15 double decker buses piled one on top of another.
Passenger Gondolas on the Big Wheel.
40 enclosed gondolas, each capable of carrying up to 6 passengers.

A trip on the wheel lasts approximately 12 minutes.
Setting up the Big Wheel.
The installation of the wheel took approximately 1 week by 10 specially trained and qualified personnel using a 72 ton crane.
The wheel is transported on a total of 11 trailers.

This graceful giant wheel runs almost completely silently when operatings and features some of the very latest in observation wheel technology, beautifully engineered to a high specification.
Riding the Big Wheel.
A trip on a the wheel takes approximately 12 minutes and offers birds eye views of the Leeds skyline whilst being lifted almost 60 metres into the sky.

Gondola design.
Every gondola is fully enclosed, offering an almost 360 degree panoramic view. This design means you are sure to have a comfortable experience whatever the weather.

Private Gondola: £35.00 (For up to 6 people)
VIP Gondola: £45.00 (For up to 4 people)
VIP Gondola with Champagne: £70.00
A private gondola ticket is for 1 to 6 people in your own group or party. This will ensure you will not have to share a gondola at peak times. At non- peak times this may not be necessary.
A VIP Gondola has tinted glass and 4 higher standard seats.
