The 'Exchange Quarter' features some of the nicest buildings in Leeds from the turn of the (19th) Century.
Only a few years ago 'British Rail' would rent you a railway arch in this area for just Twenty Five Pounds!, some of these arches now house the trendiest bars and clubs in the North.
